You are more than welcome to come anytime before the Open mat ends!
Do I have to register in advance?
We’d love if you could register in advance, but if you’re unable to, you’re still welcome to come!
Is there a skill level required?
No, all are welcome!
Is there parking?
Yes, the gym is in a plaza with ample parking spots.
Do I need to be a member of the gym to participate?
No! This Open Mat is open to anyone in town to participate in Pans.
How is the Open mat structured?
It’s free rolling!
Do I need a gi, or is no-gi okay?
Either is fine, if you have a Gi we recommend bringing it so you can roll with more people.
Are there locker rooms or changing areas?
Yes!
