When does the credit hit my account?

Can I get paid in cash instead of credit?

New referrals earn account credit only. Credit is applied automatically to your next invoice—no action needed on your end.

What counts as a "successful" referral?

The gym you refer must be a brand-new Gymdesk customer (no previous account or trial in the past 12 months), and they need to complete three consecutive monthly payments after their trial.

What if the gym I refer wants a demo first?

No problem. They can request a demo through the normal flow. One of our team members will walk them through everything. Your referral credit still applies.

Where do I find my referral link?

Log into your Gymdesk account and head to the Partner Program page. Your unique link is right there.

Can I refer a gym I own?

The referred gym needs to be a separate business with different billing details. We love that you’re growing, but self-referrals don’t qualify.
