Gymdesk Payments
Payment processing built directly into Gymdesk. One less vendor, one less bill, one less thing to think about.

What is Gymdesk Payments?
Gymdesk's own payment processing—card, ACH, and in-person—built directly into the platform. Available to US gyms. No separate processor account, no separate vendor relationship.

Stop Running Two Systems to Get Paid
When a charge fails, you're explaining recurring memberships to a Stripe rep who handles every type of business. With Gymdesk Payments, the team that already knows your gym handles your billing too—and if you need to run another processor alongside GDP, that works too.

Save the Card Once. Autopay Handles the Rest.
Every in-person card automatically saves to the member's profile. The next charge—and every charge after—runs against the same card. Eventually you stop thinking about payments altogether. You're back to running your gym.

Stay in Control of Your Member Data
Some processors charge $500–$1,500 just to release your data when you leave. Some withhold member payment info during cancellation. Gymdesk Payments doesn't. Your data, your billing history, your records—they go with you if you ever leave.
Migration Doesn't Have to Be a Nightmare
Your processor stays live.
Your current processor keeps running while we set up. No downtime, no billing pause.
Cards move in the background.
A specialist handles the token transfer. You stay focused on your gym.
Members never feel the switch.
Same card, same billing day. The only person who notices is you.
From Chasing Every Payment to Forgetting Payments Exist
