Know every match has a coach before the first one starts
Add assistants, parents and team managers by QR scan or search, and assign a coach to each athlete. A default coach carries through their whole bracket, and the Matches screen shows any match still without one.

If your academy runs on Gymdesk, tap the match and get down what happened while the detail is fresh. The note lands on that member's record, ready for next week's conversation.
