Here are a couple of typical testimonials for the course:
“The course was excellent and filled with a lot of really good information. The only reason I gave this a four star was because several questions on the examination (especially those centered around competition rules) weren’t in the course text. I went back and searched for it. Also, the course manual is in a pdf vs the typical online manual with guided study and quizzes along the way. It’s a lot easier to read and learn as you go with the online manual/guided study. Outside of that, I would give it 5 Stars because it really is a solid course”
“The course was pretty good; however, I felt like the textbook was not as organized as others, reading it was a bit confusing, the images in the textbook had a very low resolution which made it even more challenging to understand the concepts written, and there were a few noticeable typos. I personally felt like the program design chapter needed a lot more explanation, like what are the basis of the intensity percentages chosen in the examples, some of the tables in that chapter were also confusing to read, like the warm-ups for example, i didn’t get to know what are the rest periods between warm-ups, nor the weights used in increments, i felt like this info would be more valuable than repeating the same ideas written in previous chapters.”
