Agape Yoga Sculpt

A fun juxtaposition of Vinyasa, Pilates Concepts & Exercises, Strengthening with weights, medicine balls, kettlebells and bands, and cooling down with restorative poses. Students go at their own pace and are given options for modifications. This class is great for all levels~ beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Accessible for all levels. With the use of props, poses are held for an extended time to allow your body to relax deeply. Feel free to bring your personal bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows and a towel to drape over your props when resting your face on them.

Join us for Yoga In the Park at Northlake Community Park Lawn (5800 LIttlestone Street.  All are welcome, no booking needed.  Bring your mat, water, sunblock, sun glasses and your joy!

This class is designed to introduce beginners to the joy of Yoga and bring the Natomas (and greater Sacramento) community together for a mindful practice. This class combines vinyasa flow sequences with pilates concepts. Through these body strength exercises, you receive the benefits of toning lean body muscles and increasing your flexibility. Our classes are held in the building of Tokon Martial Arts. You will see a yellow Karate sign (Authentic Karate) on the building. 

Come in and join us for this relaxing experience.
