Class Description: Beginners Judo (Ages 6-10)
This class is designed for children aged 6 to 10 who are new to Judo.
Students will learn fundamental Judo skills, including:
· Ukemi (breakfalls)
· Tachiwaza (throws)
· Newaza (groundwork)
In addition to these core techniques, the class focuses on developing body movement, flexibility, coordination, and strength.
Our goal is to provide a fun and engaging learning environment that inspires a passion for Judo while building a strong physical foundation.

This class is designed for children aged 8 years and older who have already started learning Judo and want to focus on perfecting their techniques and executing drills correctly. Older kids, aged 10 years and older, usually start in this class as well, making it a great starting point for those beginning their Judo journey later. The aim is to establish a strong foundation for long-term success in Judo.
During the class, kids will fine-tune their Judo techniques and work on building strength, agility, and speed. The focus is on developing good form and proper execution of Judo drills, which will help children achieve success in Judo in the future.

This class is designed for young children ages 3 to 5 to learn judo together with their parents. We kindly ask that both children and parents wear comfortable activewear to participate in the class. In addition to basic judo technics, the class includes a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities, games, and exercises— all aimed at introducing the fundamentals of judo in a playful and engaging way.
