"California Rolls" is the name we use in-house to describe a style of rolling that uses the least amount of attributes (strength, speed, age, size) and the maximum amount of technique, knowledge, leverage, cunningness, and guile. California Rolls typically range from 6- 20 minutes long, and you will be presented with rounds of varying length in the class.
