In this class, participants target areas of the body that can often present challenges for wrestlers and jiu-jitsu practitioners. The focus is on creating mobility in the shoulders and hips, followed by core work—including lower-back strengthening—to prevent injury. The class aims to support grapplers in maintaining flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

"California Rolls" is the name we use in-house to describe a style of rolling that uses the least amount of attributes (strength, speed, age, size) and the maximum amount of technique, knowledge, leverage, cunningness, and guile. California Rolls typically range from 6- 20 minutes long, and you will be presented with rounds of varying length in the class.
